VANDENBULKE is delighted to announce that it has added three transactional lawyers to its corporate team: Hida Ozveren, Partner, Luis Alberto Aguerre Enríquez, and Séamus McCallion, Senior Associates, who bring together more than 30 Years of transactional experience to the firm advising Private Equity international groups, mostly US, UK and Latin American, in the Luxembourg market. With each of them, the Firm expands further its international footprint and array of corporate competences to provide its clients with the best service and advice.

Hida Ozveren  has more than 14 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, corporate finance, and restructurings. She is a former Luxembourg Partner of Loyens & Loeff, where she worked for 10 years. Hida started her career in the Luxembourg office of NautaDutilh and then worked for three years in the Corporate department of OPF (currently Dentons). She is joining VANDENBULKE as a Corporate Partner.

Luis Alberto Aguerre Enríquez is a multilingual Spanish-Uruguayan lawyer. He started his career in Luxembourg in 2013 in a German-speaking team within the Private Equity and Real Estate Investments practice of Arendt & Medernach, before joining the Corporate department of Loyens & Loeff in 2015. Luis has a strong practice in private equity and real estate transactions as well as in stock exchange transactions and initial public offerings, and has developed excellent and long-lasting ties with US and Latin American clients. He is joining VANDENBULKE as Senior Associate.

Luis and Hida have both a significant knowledge of the US private equity market, as each of them spent lately respectively one and two years as lawyers in New York and provided corporate law advice to North and South American clients on, among others, acquisition, disposal, and restructuring of businesses and assets. The synergy is completed by the addition of Séamus McCallion as a Senior Associate to the corporate team of VANDENBULKE.

Séamus McCallion is an Irish lawyer who started his career at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP. Séamus has developed an extensive legal experience in the Corporate department of Loyens & Loeff where he practiced corporate law since 2013, advising Luxembourg and foreign clients on the structuring of international transactions, corporate finance, and re financing, M&A, as well as the reorganisation and setting up of company structures and joint ventures in Luxembourg. He brings to the Firm a rare twin profile of common law and civil law education, an obviously valuable and precious asset for VANDENBULKE’s Anglo-Saxon or common law clients.
